What is EPU’s Return, Exchange and Refund Policies?

Orders postmarked within 30 days of delivery in new, unworn condition, purchased from EPUHQ.com, will be eligible for a return or exchange.  Please see the rest of our Return, Exchange and Refund policy here.

How do I update my order?

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items can’t be edited. Instead, you'll need to return your order once you receive it and we'll make sure you get the item you want. For more information on returns visit our Return, Exchange and Refund policy here.

 

Where can I find my order number?

Once your order has been processed your order order number will appear on your confirmation page. You will also receive an email and a text confirmation with your order number.

 

Has my order shipped?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text notification.

 

My address is correct and the Shop tracking app shows my package as delivered, but I did not receive it.  What happens now?
