Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the E.P.U website (the "Site") or the EPU Enterprises, LLC  services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or the Services.

The E.P.U Store provides a variety of services, including:

Orders and Payments

When you place an order on the Site, you agree to pay the full purchase price, plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

 

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. To return an item, you must contact Customer Service at customerservice@epuhq.com.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

 

Intellectual Property

The Site and the Services contain intellectual property owned by EPU Enterprises, LLC, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. You agree to not use any ofEPU Enterprises, LLC's intellectual property without prior written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability

EPU Enterprises, LLC may update these Terms from time to time. If EPU Enterprises, LLC  makes any material changes to these Terms, it will post a notice on the Site and send you an email notification, if you have opted in to receive them.
