Shipping policy
All orders placed on EPUHQ.com are shipped via USPS.
EPU Enterprises, LLC is not responsible for any incorrectly delivered, lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
Domestic Shipping:
Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the Shop App to track shipping time.
E.P.U. ships to all 50 states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. FREE shipping is offered at checkout on orders over $50.00, unless otherwise stated on the product or website. Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email that includes your USPS tracking number. You can track your package using the USPS tracking system.
Domestic taxes will be applied where applicable and will be presented upon check-out. We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.
Order Cancellations:
To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at customerservice @epuhq.com. You will be notified when your order is canceled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to authorize back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.
Canceling an order is only possible before it reaches the packing or shipment phase. Any items marked as final sale cannot be canceled, but can be returned or exchanged once you receive the item(s).
During drop seasons, order cancellations should be made within 24 hours of purchase to ensure a successful cancellation.
Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items can’t be edited.
Involuntary Returns:
If your order is involuntarily returned back to the warehouse, customers will be notified via email used at checkout. Customers have 5-7 business days to respond to the notification regarding if you would prefer to receive a refund or if you would like us to re-ship your order. If a refund is chosen, original shipping charges will not be refunded. If you fail to respond within that time frame, the order will automatically be refunded.
