The E.P.U Store Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase from the E.P.U Store is our top priority. Should your item fail to meet your expectations for any reason, feel free to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.  To return an item, just email Customer Service at customerservice@epuhq.com.  Please include your order number in your email. 

Items that have been washed and worn are not eligible for return or exchange. 

    Returning an Item

    Please enclose a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in your return package. Not doing so may delay your refund or exchange. Please be advised that EPUHQ.com does not provide return labels -- the consumer is responsible for postage when shipping back their return and exchange. However, when exchanging, E.P.U. will cover the shipping costs sending out your new item.

    All returned items must be in new and unused condition.  Please send your returns or exchanges to this exact address:

    Refunds

    Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to make sure it meets our return criteria. If it is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 8-10 business days.  Original shipping charges for orders are non-refundable, with the exception of damaged or incorrectly shipped items. 

     

    Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please specify this in the note you include in your return package. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If the item you would like to exchange for is not available, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
